The game is so simple that you can play it with your friends. You can create your own server for multiplayer mode, fight against real players, or play the game with bots. You can join one of the existing servers or create your own.
As for the game itself, it is a hybrid of survival and creative mode. You will be expected to find food, water, and weapons in survival mode. As soon as you do it, you will be attacked by monsters. In creative mode, your job is to create the tools and weapons to defend yourself. As you progress in the game, the monsters will become more dangerous and the weapons more powerful.
